Yes. I’ve posted some Coldplay. But don’t judge too harshly or too quickly. Its a Four Tet remix so everything is fine. Better than that actually – this is a beautifully spacious and ambient remix of an old Coldplay favourite. Just Chris Martin’s voice and Four Tet’s twinkling marimbas and music box.
Some people I play it to hate it but I love it. See what you think.

Everyone knows Four Tet. Thats not the point of this post. But as I was listening to the repeated Boiler Room live set from the Roundhouse last Saturday I felt the need to stick one of his tracks up there. The ‘Morning’ side from Morning / Evening is the only place to go. It is possibly my favourite Four Tet original with it’s quivering Indian vocal sample from Indian singer Lata Mangeshkar and some of Hebden’s most intricate and detailed drum programming. For a worthy runner up check out ‘Sing’ from 2010’s There Is Love In You.
