Disco tinged sounds are really making themselves felt at the moment. This track from the predictably mysterious Isle Of Indigo is no exception. It sits somewhere between my beloved Jungle and newcomers Honne and is so painfully ‘of the moment’. No matter because with a killer funky bassline, breathy vocals and cutting guitar there is something for everyone. A surprisingly dark middle section with its fuzzy asymmetric synth hints at a really interesting direction for the future. Apparently its not all sunny on the Isle Of Indigo.
